It's a consultative position where you'll build relationships, solve problems, and guide students from their first conversation all the way to graduation. If you enjoy helping others succeed while working in a goal-oriented environment, this is an opportunity to make a real difference. What You'll Do Guide prospective students through the college selection and enrollment process. Conduct one‑on‑one admissions interviews to understand each student's goals and recommend the best educational pathway. Support students beyond enrollment by helping remove barriers that could prevent them from graduating. Work closely with partner colleges and universities to ensure students receive the support they need throughout their educational journey. Build lasting relationships through empathy, communication, and exceptional service. Meet enrollment and student success goals while maintaining accurate CRM documentation. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years of inside sales, phone sales, admissions, or other consultative sales experience. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. Someone who is empathetic, motivated, and enjoys helping others reach important life goals. Previous higher education admissions experience is a plus but not required.
